Before that, lead designer on Veno, Cronos' liquid staking protocol, now at $25M+ TVL and 17,000+ users.
Before Cronos, almost three years at Soho House owning the design transition from manual, phone-based reservations to a fully digital booking experience, the hotel booking flow lifted occupancy by 75% with 90% of bookings completed in-app. Earlier: PropTech B2B and freelance brand work.
Italian in London. I lead by taking the hard calls myself, distributing execution across the team, and running workshops so alignment happens with the team, not to it. I co-own performance reviews, contribute to hiring decisions, and care about the trust feel of a product as much as the logic of its flows.
